What Information We Collect?

Dental Information

When you visit Fast Braces as a client we will ask you to provide us with your dental history. This is necessary in order to provide you with the best dental care possible. We may also ask you provide us with any previous x-rays or other dental information from previous care you may have received. This is not always the case and will depend on the type of care you provide.

We will also may ask you to provide payment information in the form of a credit or debit card. This information is stored manually and electronically, not accessible via the internet and only accessible to trained and authorized Fast Braces employees. In conjunction with this we will also have on file your phone number, name and address. We may use this information to occasionally send you a newsletter or other correspondence via regular postal service mail

Website Privacy Policy

We provide two forms of contact on our website. A general contact form and an appointment request form. You may be asked to leave your email address and your phone number. This is necessary so that we may contact you to set your appointment of reply to your question.

When you fill out either of the two forms, your information is communicated to our office but it is never stored on our website and never accessible to any 3rd party in any form or fashion in an electonic form.
